Our stay was First Class accommodations as we stayed in a King Suite with a balcony. The room was extremely spacious, with a full kitchen, living room, King bedroom and bath, equipped with a washer and dryer. The bed was extremely comfortable. We absolutely loved the VIP treatment from all of the wonderful staff. Everyone was welcoming, kind, friendly, professional beginning when we pulled into the parking garage, valets, front desk, maintenance staff, cleaning staff and breakfast staff. The facilities were beautiful, clean, comfortable and an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The room was incredible, so spacious and amazing facilities - wine fridge, fully equipped kitchen and laundry in unit that came in handy after a trip to the beach. It felt luxurious throughout the entire hotel. The gym facilities were great for a hotel gym and the hotel valet service was fantastic - so efficient and really nice staff. The hotel is in a great location for walking the whole city - close by to restaurants on King Street. Personal favourite was The Delaney Oyster House that was a 2 minute walk away !

The rooms were spectacular, no detail was left out. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. There is a bar with good drinks and selections. It also has a small café for breakfast items and coffee in the morning. I would say the only downfall is location. While there are lots of things around it, if you are looking to go into the true heart of downtown, you will need to take an Uber or drive. It's too far to walk, at least for us with 2 kids in tow.

It had everything, including a tv in both living room and bedroom, a huge brand new remodeled bathroom, a Toto bidet toilet (which I love), a huge kitchen and plenty of seating space. The hotel was very quiet, the walls were super thick so you could not hear anything. Overall I was very pleased with the comfort and quality of the hotel room.

We never ate breakfast at the hotel and did not know they offered it. The hotel was centrally located and walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Our suite was spectacular, the staff friendly and accommodating. Next time we come to Charleston, SC, we plan to stay here again. The hotel website doesn't do it justice.
